How it all started...
I struggled with self-esteem.
At least that's what therapists would say in the 80's and 90's. I spent most of my youth seeking approval, praise, and recognition. But when I didn't get it, I became depressed. Even suicidal in the darkest days.
I was the nice Christian guy who found my group at church. You know, the ones who accepted me and laughed at my jokes.
Yet as I matured, went to college, and even married, the insecurities followed me.
It wasn't until I went to Seminary that the Lord revealed something I never truly considered. "Fred, you're a people-pleaser."
I spent years reading and working on myself, trying to overcome this all-too-common struggle. I asked myself the tough questions (and still do!) about who I am, vacillating between three answers: 1) Who God says I am; 2) who I believe I am; and 3) who others say I am. Why do I have a hard time saying, "No?" Why don't I speak up when I should? Why am I avoiding conflict? Why am I struggling to believe what God says?
Now, after 50 years of this struggle, God's Word, insights from the Holy Spirit, and the inspired writings of Godly people, I want to share this program with you and help you become COURAGEOUS!
My unique method for overcoming people-pleasing
It was only after I realized how God had worked in me over the years that I understood how He had moved me to overcome my people-pleasing tendencies. And now I'll be sharing it with you. And it's only available inside my group coaching program, COURAGEOUS.

Once you register, you will be sent a link to your personal portal where you can watch the pre-recorded videos whenever and wherever you like (as long as there is internet).
If everything learned is applied, progress will come sooner rather than later! But remember, we are all works in progress, and change is not overnight. But keep applying everything taught in these lessons, and don't give up!
